Excellent service from start to finish. Very responsive to my questions and clearly knowledgeable about the product. They took the time to explain things properly rather than giving rushed answers, which gave me confidence in the purchase. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived exactly as described. I initially found this difficult to get to grips with, the problem being that I've been used to using a Dakota 20 for the last 10 years. However, now that I've had it outside and used it in anger, I must say its a big step up! I've spent some time setting it up as I want it (in some regard similar to the Dak20) but it's so customise- able, it just took time to work it out. Reading the manual was a big help!! I use Memory Map to upload my traces and the GPS 67 doesn't interface with it in the same that the Dakota did, which was a bit of a curve ball for me at first. It turns out though that the solution is just different not worse. All in all, now that I'm a bit more used to it I like it a lot. I'd have to say that I highly recommend this unit.

Overall works really well, I do find it a bit clunky to operate but I think that is mainly down to me still getting used to operating it.

I am very happy with this product and even happier with the delivery. It arrived super quick and was all set up for me, all I needed to do was turn it on and away I went. I opted for the 1:50k os maps which they installed and set up for me. When it arrived it had a handy guide that they had created which was a really nice touch. Even better was that it was the cheapest I could find. I would highly recommend getting this product from this company, hassle free and cheap. Thank you.

Have had real trouble getting this going despite purchasing an OS1.2500 datamap. I am going to contact Garmin to ask for help. This is far too expensive a GPS not to have it working properly.
The Garmin GPSMap 67i with TopoActive Europe and TOPO Great Britain PRO maps met expectations. Delivery and service were as expected, with everything arriving ready to use straight out of the box. I had already signed up for the Garmin live-tracking subscription, and the device linked to it without any issues. The mapping detail is excellent, particularly the Ordnance Survey layers, and the device is straightforward to set up and operate. It is an expensive device, but worth the extra cost if you operate remotely or undertake solo adventures. A reliable navigation tool and ready for use immediately.

Gift for my son who loves it.
Product is built like tank. Works great and doesnt lose signal in the local forests. Great bit of kit! Spend a couple of hours playing with it and the main features become second nature. There are lots of functions and options to sink your teeth into, but its an easy device to use after a bit of playing. The service and advice from the team at the store was excellent and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. I bought the 1:25000 OS map with the unit. They are good, but below 500ft zoom, the 1:25000 map starts to blur. The 1:50000 is probably the one I would go for, but its a minor issue and the 1:25000 is what most of use, but it is very expensive! All in all one very happy customer.
Still getting use to it
This is a nice sturdy device with great multi functionality (although I will probably use just a few of the basic functions). In terms of the supporting software, I found it quite difficult to get a proper handle on things and in particular it took me some time to realise that it was best to use the Garmin Explorer app to upload GPX files. I do a lot of solo walking abroad and, although I could have used my iPhone to navigate, the 67i will give me a greater sense of security.
Really great product from a really great company that were able to give very helpful advice. Cannot speak highly enough of their customer service and knowledge.
The unit came pre-set up by outlaw GPS shop which was fantastic service! It’s quite a complex unit and this would’ve taken me quite a long time to do as it’s my first handheld GPS and also I would no doubt have put some settings in that were inappropriate for my use. Excellent service would highly recommend. I’m looking forward to doing some of their courses so that I can become proficient at the units use
A big improvement on the 66i. Most reviews say it is not worth upgrading from the 66i to the 67i but I disagree. Lock on time is faster, it keeps lock buried under clothing and quite deep indoors and the inReach Messenger is much quicker to send and receive than the previous generation. I transfer quite large maps frequently and having USB-C makes the whole process so much faster. The menu structure and everything else is identical to the 66i so there was no learning curve.
